  • Access to the Medic Notice Board Ltd website cannot be guaranteed and your access may be occasionally restricted to allow for fault repairs, maintenance, or the upgrade of new services and products. Newlands Pharmacy will attempt to restore the website as soon as it reasonably can.

Client

  • Client is defined by a person(s) who is providing a course or conference to healthcare profession.
  • In order to use the website you will need to register online which would be authorised by us. At any time we may refuse registration with out reasoning and prior notice. 
  • You as the course provider take full responsibility on the time scale and the accuracy of the course or conference taught when being advertised on the website. 
  • You would receive  payments once the course or conference has been taught or delivered. 
  • The payments you would receive is full payment deducting £40 admin fee deducting 5% of the total amount deducting any other service which has been provided by us, unless prior arrangements has been made. 
  • You would receive the payments by bank transfer or cheques. 
  • At no point may you as the course providers share accounts or disclose your password to anyone. It is your full responsibility to keep your user name and password secure. 
  • If for any reason you may need to cancel your course or conference, you must notify us as soon as possible at least 7 days before the course or conference is delivered. A £40 admin would be deducted together with any losses which has been made to us for returning the money to the candidates. 
  • You as the course provider take full responsibility in providing materials for the course or conference. 

 Candidates:

  • Candidate is defined as a person(s) who is part of the healthcare team which includes Doctor, Nurse, pharmacist, Dentist, this list is not exhausted and which may be added or deducted. 
  • In order to use the website you will need to register online which would be authorised by us. At any time we may refuse registration with out reasoning and prior notice.
  • You as candidate have the responsibility to check the correct dates, venue and the suitability before booking such courses or conference. 
  • Any cancellation of course(s) or conference(s) by the clients would be notified by us and a full refund will be returned to you. 
  • In order to confirm a booking for a course or conference a full payment is required prior to the booking. Once the course or conference is confirmed you would receive an email confirmation. 
  • There is no refund for any cancelled courses by your self or any unattended course(s) or conference(s). 
  • You as a candidate take full responsibility in attending the course(s) or conference(s).
